We'd hate to see you go, but...
We understand that needs and circumstances change, and we'll do what we can to make your transition away from being a Cradle Community member as smooth as possible. We've seen some horror stories about the difficulties people have experienced when moving away from other systems, and we don't want any Cradle Member to have a similar experience with us.
What about your data?
We can export your data in PDF or json format so you won't lose anything. We'll never close your account down before you're ready to make the final move, and we'll keep it in stasis for a short period, just in case you change your mind. If you need your data in a different format, we will do our very best to help.

Our desire to provide great service for our members is embedded in the systems we have built and now maintain according to the 9001 and 27001 standards. That includes this commitment to help you as much as we possibly can if you leave. We won't make leaving a painful process, nor will the service we provide to you change once we know you're leaving. We value our community members during and after their time with us, because we know how hard you work and the importance of the job you do.
