Cradle has been built by practitioners, for practitioners, and it will stay that way. Your voice is important to us, and we are constantly improving Cradle even more because we listen to YOU. We've lost count of the number of features, large and small, that members suggested.

Cradle helps you work in partnership with parents and build relationships. Message, share events, plans, photos - whatever you need to communicate to parents, Cradle will help you do it.

Community and support

Our Cradle community is thriving! We have a Facebook group where you can ask questions, get support and share news and ideas with other Cradle members. We also run live online sessions for you to touch base with us and each other!

Cradle has been built to provide you with everything you need to run your setting. And we really do mean everything. But of course, new ideas are always out there - so if you have a great one, just tell us and we'll make it happen!

There are no complicated tiered memberships with Cradle. Every feature is available to all users. And we're confident that you won't find another system as comprehensive as Cradle for a similar price.

We're enormously proud of the support we offer to our members. You can get help from in-app videos, our Facebook group and our support email. If you need a little more, we'll happily schedule in a phone or video call so we can make sure you get the help you need.
